Did you ever meet anyone who lived their life going about doing good assumingly? I know someone who lives that way everyday. He is an amazing 80 year old gentleman. Brother Miller is my home teacher, my friend and my fellow family history compatriot. We both serve as family history consultants for our ward (LDS congregation). Brother Miller must be the most technological savvy octogenarian I know. He actually has a iPhone!!
I really appreciate how Brother Miller is willing and happy to share his resources. He has a computer projector and a little wireless satellite internet modem for laptop computers that he brings to help me teach my family history Sunday school class. (If he is going to be out of town he will even entrust his expensive equipment to my care. Scary.) This great resource allows me to log on to the internet and teach those in the class how to use New FamilySearch. I really appreciate all he does to help me serve in my calling. Brother Miller is an instrument in God's Hands that blesses my life.

Wow! That is pretty cool! I wish I had time to take a class like that at church...but I am literally running the entire 2nd and 3rd hour with my new calling as chorister in Primary. Love it, but it is so busy! Not to mention I've got Jared in there as a new sunbeam, and he is running the entire time too. Not so good.
I must disagree with your assertion that he is in his 80's. That is like telling me that kids I used to babysit are in college and getting married.
What a neat man! You know how technologically savy I am? Oh, never mind. Maybe I'll save it for my blog. But, I am a technilogical klutz, for sure.
The class sounds great. You sound great. California sounds great. I see from Evan's blog that on Thursday you were getting rain. We got rain here too but it was disguised as snow but as soon as the shovel hit it it puddled. This was the heavest snowfall I have EVER seen and I've lived in Utah all my life.
Katie, I don't quite know how to tell you this but...the kids you babysit are in college and some of them are even married!! Shocker, I know!!
Lynne, yes, in the last few days we received 5/10ths of an inch of rain. A very small amount, I know, but very appreciated nonetheless.
That is a very wonderful brother that shows great love and responsibility in helping you with your class.
Bro Miller is AWESOME !! I'm grateful that you have him and his kind heart to help you and your ward bring blessings to their families.
How pleasant it must be to get all this technology at your disposal and to share and teach to others how to use it. I couldn't stop using it if I were you.
