California Fires
Just last week my husband and I were discussing the tornado's in the mid west and south east part of our country. I remember commenting that I would much rather live in California's earthquake country. I had totally forgotten about how tragic the wildfires of California can be. While we are save in our area, my heart and prayers goes out to the firefighters, the people who are in the path of the fires and those we have suffered a loss. Life is so precious, we just never know when a tragedy will strike.

These fires are truly humbling, aren't they? I feel so safe (although close to the Malibu fires) and am grateful for endless crumbs on the table and sticky floors because I have a home to sleep in tonight.
