Guess What We Are Thinking About Doing???

If you said buy a house you are right!!
Are you surprised? We are planning for our future. Mike will retire some day. We own our house mortgage free. But, do we want to stay here far away from any family?? With housing prices going down we could buy a house now, rent it out for a while and move when Mike is ready to retire in a couple of years. Fortunately, we have a little nest egg that would make a good down payment.

So, help us please. Where do you think a good place to retire would be? Tell me about your city. We want something that would be a very wheelchair friend community. Do you know of one??

My house is still for sale. It is a pretty nice commnity. It is one floor with an open floor plan. It is all the way in Florida. Everyone retires there. It is close to the temple! Plus we can make you a great deal on it.

And, your Mom and I could have such fun together!!
However, I was thinking of something a little closer to my children. But, I'll get back to you!!

I kinda figured that.

Oh, my, I will lay awake all night worrying about this!!!

It's simple Mom, all you have to do is pick the child who's city has the best weather.

::Cough, San Diego::

I still vote for Orem. You would be close to the temple, close to a GREAT university, close the 2 Family History Centers, close to 3 of your grandchildren, close to your Toontown buddy, what else is there? :) OK, so living close to your other children might be great too.

I am still heartbroken...I am no longer in the equation. Bah.

I live close to a temple, close to a university, close to a Family History Center in the Stake Center, Orlando Public Library has a good genealogical section, the Cocoa and Titusville public libraries have a genealogical section also and you would be close to the sil you have had the longest. That is matching criteria. Except the grandchildren thing...however, I am sure we could rent some ;)

You should try Mesa. It is close to a temple plus there willbe two more in the area soon. And you could live close to one of your children.

I think you should stay where you are!

I think you should consider Provo/Orem. The winters will take your breath away but only sometimes. The summers will take your breath away, but only sometimes. So, sometimes, you will have breath and you can breathe out the words, "It's so beautiful here!"

I know a good realtor. She's very personable and will work to find just what you need. (It's not me!}
