We sent Evan off to a week long camp!! We dropped him off yesterday and just drove away (well, we helped him get settle in and talked to staff first)! He is attending Camp Kelley Creek. The camp is run by United Cerebral Palsy. Many of the staff know Evan from the teen club he has been attending for a few years. That helped me to feel better. We explained all his health needs before signing him up and they were happy to do whatever they could to meet his needs so he could attend camp. We meet with the camp nurse yesterday, a guy named Jeff!! I was so happy it was a man! Makes some of the personal kinds of issues better. Anyway, I'm actually doing fine. I think that this is a good thing, both for Evan, and Mike and I. Evan was happy to go and I don't think he will be home sick at all!! This will be his longest time away from home without a parent.
On other note, I just want to say that I have been very busy lately and haven't been able to keep up with my blog reading. So, if I haven't visited your blog in a while, I will as soon as I can. My best to everyone.

I was busy too, and I have so many posts to read this weel end!
The reunion at Evan's return will be a great moment! I'm sure he will appreciate, he looks so smiling on his pictures that I have the impression he is easy going.
